The career as a real estate negotiator is an interesting one. We have the chance to not only view but to touch, visit and get immersed in various kinds of real estate around us, from the smallest and dirtiest shack as well as 'unpolished-diamond potential' property to the most luxurious villas with designs only we can dream about. Thanks to a close friend of mine, I recently had the privilege to inspect a unit of Double Storey Semi Detached located in Lorong Kedandi, near Tabuan Jaya, thus to have the opportunity to list it for sale here.

Like it or not, real estate investment is always about location. A good location attracts more buyers whereas a bad location is uninviting to potential purchasers.
